About Me
Raquel Macias, M.A., LPC
Raquel offers a calm, supportive space where clients can slow down, reflect, and work through life’s challenges with clarity and intention. Her approach is thoughtful and personalized, meeting each individual where they are while helping them move toward meaningful change.
She uses an integrative style of therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, EMDR, Gestalt, attachment-based, and person-centered approaches. This allows her to tailor each session to your specific needs, goals, and experiences.
Raquel works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, supporting concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. She is especially passionate about helping clients build resilience, improve relationships, and develop a stronger sense of self.
Her goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences and supported as you move forward.
Therapy With Me
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to have it all together. You are welcome exactly as you are — whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, grieving, or simply searching for direction.
I take a warm, collaborative approach, integrating faith and clinical tools to support both emotional and spiritual healing. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, build practical tools for everyday life, and move toward the growth and peace you’re hoping for.
My goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded in hope — where you can be honest, feel understood, and begin to experience healing that lasts.
